Payment

We understand your concerns and we have taken all security protocols possible to protect your personal information, all the purchases on cocateabox.com are totally secure, the payment by credit card or debit is made through international payment processors authorized by visa, mastercard, american express; so we do not take the data from your card.

You can pay using either: debit or credit cards (visa, mastercard and american express) or western union.

Shipping

We are currently shipping to almost every country in the world including; United States, Canada, France, Australia, UK, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Mexico, Israel, Spain, Japan, etc.

The shipping cost is free for all countries.

We ship packages from Monday through till friday we normally ship 24/48 hours after your order is placed and confirmed.

We ship worldwide; all shipments are certified and coded for tracking. Using an economical peruvian postal service (SERPOST) who are a respected and well known company in Peru, whom connect to other principle couriers throughout the world, such as : United States (USPS), UK (Royal mail), Canada (Canada post), etc.

From the time you order, to the moment your package arrives normally takes 15-25 days, in exceptional cases its beyond our control, the customs authorities may hold a delivery for a few days for review.

Yes, we send one mail with tracking number, usually 2 days after the purchase (handling time).

The delivery service usually has no problem as a rule; but if after 60 days of dispatch the order does not reach its destination. This can be due to several reasons, please send us an email to hello@cocateabox.com

– That the postman or messenger has not left the claim sheet of the shipment. It has been the case that the order arrives at destination without finding the person to deliver; so the courier must leave in his mailbox a sheet to collect the order at the post office or local courier. In some cases the courier has not left that sheet and the customer believes that the order has not yet arrived. In that case contact us via email or through our contact form and we will solve the problem.

Also know that if you do not find anyone at the address, your order will remain in the post office or the messenger of your locality for a maximum term of 25 days.
